Appeal a suspension

If your page was taken down or your account suspended and you think that was wrong, say so and it will be looked at again by a person.

What to include

• Your username
• The email address on the account
• Why you think the decision was wrong

Send that to appeals@myhue.uk. Suspended accounts keep their data while an appeal is open, so nothing is lost in the meantime.

Appeals about content involving children will not be reconsidered and are reported to the relevant authorities.
