MyHue lets you build a page at myhue.uk/yourname. By using it you agree to what's below. It's written to be read, not to be impressive.

Your account

You need to be 13 or older to have an account. You're responsible for what happens under it, so keep your password to yourself. Usernames are first-come, first-served, and we may reclaim ones that impersonate someone, exist only to be sold, or are used to abuse other people.

What you can't put on your page

Pages must not contain or link to:

• Sexual content involving anyone under 18, in any form
• Phishing pages, scams, or anything designed to steal accounts or money
• Malware, stealers, or files that harm the people who download them
• Threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, or hate speech
• Content encouraging self-harm or suicide
• Impersonation of someone else, or of MyHue itself
• Adult content without turning on the content warning in your settings

Anyone can report a page by right-clicking it, or at myhue.uk/report. We review reports and may take a page offline or suspend an account. Where content is criminal we will preserve it and report it to the appropriate authority rather than quietly delete it.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it to visitors of your page. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. Only upload things you have the right to use, including fonts.

Paid tiers

Paid tiers are one-time payments, not subscriptions. There is no recurring charge and no renewal. Founder is limited to the first 100 purchases and will not be reopened.

If a paid feature is removed we will not charge you again for its replacement. If you're unhappy with a purchase, ask for a refund within 14 days and you'll get one.

What we promise, and what we don't

The free tier is free and stays free. Every feature that is free today will remain free. We won't sell your data or put advertising on your page.

We can't promise the service is never down, never loses anything, or lasts forever. It's provided as-is. Keep your own copy of anything you'd be upset to lose; you can download everything from your account settings at any time.

If the service ever has to shut down, we'll give notice and time to export before anything is deleted.

Ending things

You can delete your account whenever you like from your account settings. We may suspend an account that breaks the rules above; if you think that was a mistake, you can appeal at myhue.uk/appeal.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer.
