MyHue is run by an individual in the United Kingdom. This page describes exactly what the service stores and why. It is short because the service collects little.

What we store

What we deliberately don't store

We do not store visitors' IP addresses. To count returning visitors we compute a one-way hash of coarse request details that changes every day and cannot be reversed or linked across days or across profiles. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.

The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can see your data, correct it, or have it deleted. You don't need to ask us: both are built into your account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, links, blocks and uploaded files, and frees your username.

Visit statistics are aggregate and contain nothing identifying you, so they aren't returned in an export and aren't deleted with an account.

How long we keep things

Account and page data is kept until you delete it. Visit statistics are kept for 30 days on the free tier and indefinitely on paid tiers. Abuse reports are kept after they are resolved, so that repeated problems with the same page can be recognised.
